  • Transaction and Payment Information: Details about the orders you place. We do not store full payment card details; these are handled by a third-party payment processor.
  • Delivery Information: Shipping address, including Street, City, State, and Zip Code, necessary for order fulfillment.

B. Sensitive Data and Device Information

To enable core marketplace and delivery features, we collect the following sensitive data:

  • Precise Geolocation Data: We collect your real-time precise location data when you are using the app to:
    1. Suggest nearby farms and products.
    2. Calculate accurate delivery distances and costs.
    3. Track the progress of your delivery (if applicable).
    • You may decline location permission, but this may restrict certain functionalities of the App.
  • Device and Usage Data: Information about the device and network you use to access the Service, including IP address, operating system version, and app usage activity (e.g., pages viewed, time spent in the app).

  • We implement and maintain technical and administrative security measures designed to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access.

B. Sharing and Disclosure

We only share your personal information in the following specific circumstances:

  • With Farmers: We share necessary customer information (Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number, and Order Details) with the farmer who is fulfilling your order to enable them to complete the delivery.
  • With Service Providers: We use third-party companies (such as Twilio for SMS/OTP, and potentially a payment processor) to perform functions necessary to operate the Service. These providers are bound by contract to protect your data.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
